Scope of ApplicationThese Terms apply to all transactions between users and bsdappliances, including product browsing, ordering, payment, delivery, return/exchange, and after-sales service.

Product Information2.1 We strive for accurate product descriptions, specs, prices and images. Actual products prevail if discrepancies occur due to technical errors, updates or market changes.2.2 We may modify product info without prior notice. For order - affecting major changes, we will contact you promptly.

Order Placement and Confirmation3.1 Provide accurate personal info (name, address, phone, email) when ordering, and be responsible for its authenticity.3.2 We review orders and send confirmation emails. The contract takes effect upon email sending.3.3 We will contact you to correct errors or cancel orders for issues like wrong prices or out - of - stock items. Unreachable users may have orders canceled with refunds.

Return and Exchange6.1 Apply within 30 days of receipt with original product condition, packaging, order number and proof of purchase.6.2 Contact us with order details and product photos; we reply within 3 working days.6.3 Return products within 7 days of approval.
