  1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
    To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet these criteria:
  • Timeframe: Request within 30 calendar days of delivery (per carrier confirmation).
  • Condition: Vacuum flasks and ceramic cups must be unused (no wear, scratches, stains); original packaging intact; all accessories (lids, brushes, warranty cards) included.
  • Proof of Purchase: Valid order number or receipt required.
Items Not Eligible: Customized/personalized products, items damaged by improper use, clearance/final-sale items marked "Non-Returnable".

  3. Receive Return Authorization (RA): Approval within 2 business days, with RA number and pre-addressed label (if eligible). Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
  4. Package the Item: Use original packaging (or protective materials), mark the RA number on the package.
  5. Ship the Item: Send to the return address: 74 Rue Loys, Montpellier, Occitanie 47759. You bear return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault; use a trackable service.
  6. Return Processing & Refunds
  • Inspection: Conducted upon receipt (3 - 5 business days after shipping).
  • Refund Timeline: Processed within 3 - 5 business days of passing inspection, issued to original payment method (2 - 7 business days for account reflection).
  • Refund Amount: Full item price refunded. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault.

    After inspecting the returned item (meets eligibility):
  • U.S. domestic orders get free replacement shipping.
  • Pay the price difference for higher-cost replacements; receive a refund for lower-cost ones.

  • Report Immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photos/videos of damage, packaging, and delivery label.
  • Verification: Options after confirmation: full refund (including original shipping) with pre-paid return label; or free replacement (no return needed in some cases).

  • Delivered but Unreceived: Provide tracking number for carrier investigation; update within 3 business days.
  • Lost in Transit: File a claim with the shipping carrier; refund/exchange processed only after carrier confirms loss.
